Blue by XEED: A Journey of Growth and Renewal

On August 1, 2023, XEED, the talented five-member boy group under Nature Space, is all set to captivate the K-pop world with their second mini album titled “Blue.” This highly anticipated release will mark an important chapter in the group’s journey, as it represents their first release following the departure of former member Roni, who left the group due to personal circumstances. XEED initially debuted as a four-member group on December 1, 2022, with their first mini album, “Dream Land.” The album garnered attention and praise, showcasing the group’s potential and unique style. However, XEED’s journey took a turn when Roni announced his departure on January 17, 2023. Despite this challenge, the remaining members were determined to move forward and make their mark in the industry.

The current lineup of XEED consists of:
Doha (도하): Leader and Vocalist (Joined in 2022)
Shun (슌): Vocalist (Joined in 2023)
Bao (바오): Main Rapper and Visual (Joined in 2022)
Jaemin (재민): Main Dancer, Vocalist, and Rapper (Joined in 2022)
UO (유오): Maknae (Youngest Member, Joined in 2023)
Each member brings their own distinct talents and charms to the group, ensuring a dynamic and captivating performance with every release.

Before their debut as XEED, some of the members had already made a name for themselves in the industry. Bao was previously a member of LUCENTE, while Roni was part of OFF THE CUFF. Doha and Jaemin gained attention as contestants on the show BOYS24, showcasing their talent and potential to a broader audience. Additionally, UO was formerly a member of TST, and Shun had experience as a member of TARGET, performing under the stage name Seul Chan. The journey towards “Blue” began on March 14, 2022, when XEED introduced their first member, Doha, followed by Bao on the next day. Jaemin’s introduction came on March 16, with Roni announced as the final member the day after, on March 17.

After their debut with “Dream Land,” XEED worked tirelessly to create their next masterpiece, “Blue.” The album’s title track, also named “Blue,” promises to be a powerful and emotional song that will showcase the group’s growth and versatility as artists. The road to “Blue” saw significant changes within XEED, with the introduction of two new members, Shun and UO, on July 26 and July 27, respectively. These additions further enrich the group’s talent pool, adding new dimensions to their performances and increasing anticipation for their upcoming release. With “Blue,” XEED aims to captivate listeners with their heartfelt performances, powerful choreography, and emotional vocals. This album signifies a fresh start for the group, proving that they are resilient and ready to face any challenges that come their way.
