Suzy, a singer and actress, will perform the theme song for HYBE LABELS’ next girl group audition program, R U Next? Suzy (수지) is a South Korean singer and actress under Management SOOP. She is a former member of the girl group miss A. The theme song, “R.U.N,” will be published on multiple music outlets on June 12th, prior to the official first broadcast. The theme tune is a drum and bass pop song that tells the story of two ladies sprinting full speed toward happiness. The show, on the other hand, will premiere on JTBC and Abema TV on June 30 at 8:50 p.m. KST.
Suzy attended School of Performing Arts Seoul as a student of the Practical Arts Department, graduating on February 6, 2013. She made her solo debut on January 24, 2017 with her first mini album Yes? No?. Following Min’s departure from JYP Entertainment in November 2017, Suzy became the sole remaining member of miss A under the agency. On December 26, JYP Entertainment announced that miss A had officially disbanded after seven years. On March 26, 2019, JYP Entertainment announced Suzy would be leaving the agency after deciding not to renew her contract. Following her departure from JYP Entertainment, on April 8, 2019, Management SOOP announced Suzy had signed on with the agency.
