McDonald’s has officially stated that it would launch a “NewJeans Chicken Dance Campaign” next month. The campaign will include customized advertising promoting NewJeans in 10 Asian locations, as well as special packaging for particular chicken menu items available in each country (which will vary by region). After launching off on June 1 in South Korea, the collaborative campaign will travel to the Philippines, Thailand, Indonesia, Brunei, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, and Vietnam. In South Korea, the future campaign will also include the introduction of a brand-new menu item.
“This campaign, led by McDonald’s Korea, will be enjoyed by customers in ten different regions across Asia. We are overjoyed because we believe it will become a special memory. Through events such as a dance challenge with NewJeans. Wwe will do our best to make this campaign a success so that customers in a wide variety of markets can enjoy a new and unique experience,” a McDonald’s Korea spokeswoman said.
